Bessé cultivates the talents of the future

Every year, we welcome curious and motivated interns and students on work-study programmes, who are seeking to build a career in the insurance sector.

Regardless of their level of higher education, we propose an environment that encourages learning and skills development in brokering positions (management, underwriting, customer relations, risk analysis, etc.) and support roles (marketing, HR, finance, IT, communication, legal, etc.).

Supervised by experienced, benevolent teams, they take full part in our projects and experience for themselves the realities of the business world. This immersion enables them to develop their skills, learn professional reactions and make a real contribution to our missions.

Our promise and our role: to sustain our industry! We believe that work-study programmes offer benefits for everyone. For the student, they are an opportunity to learn a trade; for us, they offer a chance to share our know-how and prepare our future talents.

Nathanaël TESI
I was proud to teach a course in the insurance of freight transport to the marine officers at ENSM Nantes in February 2026. Sharing my expertise and getting to know the seaman already working for our precious French shipowners, is always an extremely rewarding experience.
Sirius

Our support for the Sirius class

Through its foundation, Audencia business school has set up a pioneering programme, “Parcours Sirius,” and we are proud to be one of its founding partners. This class is a year of free consolidation teaching proposed after a professional Baccalaureate qualification to enable young people to reveal their potential and prepare them for higher education. In October 2022, we signed a partnership agreement with Audencia and welcomed our first Sirius class to the site in Nantes.

A fantastic opportunity for these young talents to discover the company, notably through our employee testimonials (training, career, advice, soft skills).
This partnership is also an opportunity for Bessé employees to participate in a meaningful project, by hosting an intern or through a mentoring programme.

The Young Talents community

Communauté des Jeunes Talents

The Young Talents community, created in 2021, aims to support the company’s young talents by creating cohesion within each department.
This cohesion promotes mutual support and the sharing of knowledge throughout the company.

With our offices in Nantes and Paris, we strive to develop cohesion between all our professions and businesses. We have therefore created a community for under 30 year-olds, where the key words are “friendliness, support and sharing of experience”.
A community of 45 employees, in both NANTES and PARIS, in 2025

As a member of this community, you will be able to take part in events organised by Bessé, and help with the on-boarding of future recruits.
