About our professions
Sales roles
In direct and permanent contact with our clients, our teams provide support throughout the duration of the contract.

- Client Executives are involved in every step of the relationship with the customer and the insurance market. They are responsible for all the sales and technical aspects of the services provided by Bessé for the customers assigned to them in the business division to which they belong.
- Development Officers are responsible for overall development of the consulting and brokering activities for potential customers, possibly within a specific geographic area. They coordinate the acquisition of new customers, from the initial contact to contract signature.

Ultra-specialisation in each industrial sector and detailed knowledge of our markets enables us to propose recognised expertise with high added value. The trusted relationship, patiently developed over time, between the Client Executive and their customer remains invaluable. And that is not yet something that AI can do.
Customer relations roles
Our customer relations teams are responsible for supervising and managing the contract in contact with the client (drafting the contract, managing and settling claims, reporting, managing contributions, customer relations, etc.)

- Personal insurance manager: works with insured parties in a specific sector of activity.
- Production management officer: responsible for following up the policies taken out by the customer, from the creation of cover and for all activity-related events concerning their insurance policies.
- Compensation officer: in charge of instruction customer claims through to settlement.

Technical expertise roles
The teams provide technical expertise for the analysis of customer risks:

- Our Business experts operate in the different market sectors to provide their complex, specialist knowledge in the field concerned.
- Actuaries intervene ahead of contract signature, producing economic, budget and statistical studies. They evaluate the risks, costs and profitability of the contract before it is signed.
- Prevention engineers anticipate, analyse and limit the human, industrial and natural risks to propose solutions that minimise risk occurrence in the various sectors in which Bessé is present.

The role of prevention engineer and expert requires availability and forecasts produced at short notice, in the areas of interest of our customers both in France and abroad, a strong capacity for analysis, attentiveness and the ability to develop trust-based relationships. Our purpose as professionals is to help our customers to improve their risk prevention actions and to help them with the processing of claims, from appraisal to compensation and the recommissioning of facilities.
Support and cross-functional teams
Administration, Finance and Accounting, Management Control, Internal Control, Legal, IT, Communication, Human Resources, Facilities, Project Management

The support functions at Bessé include many different professional skills. These teams help the other departments to be more efficient.
Each role contributes to the company’s overall performance: some work in financial, legal and administrative management, while others guarantee compliance, safety, and resource optimisation. Our technical teams ensure that everything runs smoothly for our tools and projects; while the human resources and communication teams promote our employer brand and enhance team-spirit and talent development.
