A relaxing moment between members of the management team and new employees in a different setting to forge relationships and encourage the development of a cross-discipline community.
On-boarding morning
Meeting with the ambassadors of the support divisions (HR, finance, information systems, legal, communication, etc.) to find out more about the transversal aspects of the business and their role as business partners.
Generation meeting
This interactive event is co-organised by senior management and ambassadors from each Bessé business to share their own career experience and anecdotes about the company’s history and growth.
