The return of exceptional sea travel
A symbol of exceptional travel for over a century, Orient Express is opening a new chapter in its history with Orient Express Sailing Yachts, a French maritime project reinventing the codes of luxury yachting. Combining the brand’s legendary heritage with the most advanced technological innovations, this new-generation yacht aims to blend refinement, performance and environmental responsibility. More than just a yacht, this extraordinary sailing vessel embodies a contemporary vision of travel, a destination in its own right: immersive, sustainable and resolutely forward-looking. With two vessels sailing under the French flag, the itineraries will intersect with the routes of the Orient Express trains and hotels, from Istanbul to Rome and Venice. We had the opportunity to speak with our customer, Philippe Hetland Brault, CEO of Orient Express Sailing Yachts.

LA LUTTE CONTRE LE CANCER : Une cause majeure et un engagement collectif
La lutte contre le cancer est, depuis plusieurs années, la grande cause de Bessé et un pilier de notre démarche RSE. Notre engagement se traduit par un soutien actif à la recherche et à la prévention, notamment auprès de Gustave Roussy et de l’Institut Curie.
La sensibilisation de nos collaborateurs est également au coeur de notre action : grâce aux formations « Travailler avec le cancer » développées avec Gustave Roussy, nous renforçons notre capacité collective à mieux accompagner les personnes touchées par la maladie. Avec des dispositifs comme CancerConsult, Bessé agit concrètement pour faciliter l’accès de ses collaborateurs à une expertise médicale de référence.
Dans ce contexte, le regard du professeur Fabrice Barlesi, oncologue et directeur général de Gustave Roussy, 1er centre européen de lutte contre le cancer et leader mondial, apporte un éclairage essentiel sur les enjeux actuels de la lutte contre le cancer et le rôle que les entreprises peuvent y jouer.
Une année chez Bessé
Cercle Managérial
70 managers Bessé se sont rassemblés à ce premier cercle dédié pour échanger sur leur rôle clé et exigeant, nécessitant à la fois un profil « d’entraîneur », « d’entrepreneur » et d’opérationnel.
Mobilité Douce
« Bouge ton transport », évènement organisé par l’équipe RSE pour faire le point sur les moyens de transports des collaborateurs et progresser vers une mobilité plus douce.
Marathon de Nantes
Ils courent ensemble ! De nombreux collaborateurs, tous pôles et services confondus, se sont relayés lors du marathon de Nantes. Un beau moment de convivialité et de transversalité.
Rallye du Coeur
Plus de 40 collaborateurs sont engagés pour le Rallye du Coeur. Nos équipes ont soutenu les enfants atteints de cancer et leur famille, notamment au travers d’animations : maquillage, barbe à papa, kart à pédales, pêche aux canards, balades en poney.
Garden Party
Nous avons eu le plaisir de réunir nos 530 collaborateurs au Château de Goulaine près de Nantes, pour un après-midi festif dans une ambiance médiévale en compagnie de comédiens, chevaliers, spadassins et musiciens.
Séminaires pôles et services
Nos pôles et services supports organisent chaque année des séminaires afin de faire le bilan de l’année écoulée et d’aborder les perspectives à venir. Des moments précieux qui permettent de se rassembler et d’échanger hors du quotidien.
Cocktail Vingt'âge
Nous avons eu le plaisir d’organiser la 1re édition de « Vingt’âge », un nouveau rendez-vous dédié à nos collaborateurs comptant 20 ans et plus d’ancienneté. Il est important de prendre le temps de remercier celles et ceux qui, par leur engagement et leur partage d’expérience, contribuent à faire vivre la culture Bessé et à accompagner les nouvelles générations.
Rencontre Intergénérationnelle - Communauté Jeunes talents
La rencontre intergénérationnelle est devenue incontournable pour notre communauté des jeunes talents. Elle a réuni 5 collaborateurs cumulant 115 années d’expérience chez Bessé, pour échanger aux côtés des plus jeunes autour de l’évolution professionnelle, la formation, l’importance du travail en équipe et de la transmission.
Cyber Days
Dans le cadre du mois de la cybersécurité, nous avons organisé nos « Cyber Days » dédiés aux risques liés à l’Intelligence Artificielle et à la Data. Les objectifs : maintenir la vigilance, adopter les bons réflexes face aux manipulations numériques et protéger les données au quotidien.
Semaine du Handicap
Chaque année, nous nous mobilisons lors de la semaine pour l’emploi des personnes en situation de handicap. Cette édition était dédiée à la sensibilisation aux handicaps invisibles, à travers plusieurs temps forts pour mieux comprendre
ces réalités et adapter nos pratiques au quotidien.

Malgré tout cela, les entreprises survivent et se développent. Elles avancent avec détermination grâce à leur intelligence collective. En tant qu’entrepreneur, je suis en colère : quand on dirige une entreprise, la lâcheté n’existe pas. Seul le courage d’innover, de créer, d’investir et de se transformer prévaut.
