KÉVIN FISCHER
In addition to its commitment to young talents in its professional sector, Bessé extends its support to a young world-class sailor in 49er: Kévin Fischer.
In spite of his injury towards the end of 2019, Kévin Fischer qualified early in 2020 as a reserve and training partner for the athlete selected for the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games. Kévin shares this adventure with a new partner, Noé Delpech, another French team member, who came 5th in the 49er event at the last Olympic Games. They are testing their partnership and preparing intensively for the 2021 regattas with the ultimate goal of participating in the 2024 Paris games.
Bessé is an enthusiastic partner, helping him to achieve his goals.

AMÉLIE GRASSI
Having developed a taste for sailing, Bessé decided to support another athlete: Amélie Grassi.
Amélie Grassi, 25 years, has been sailing since childhood, participating in national and international light sailing competitions. After qualifying as a legal advisor at Université Panthéon-Assas, however, she turned to ocean sailing.
For the past two years, she has been preparing a solo Atlantic crossing. On 5 October 2019, after delaying her departure several times due to weather conditions, she set out in the Mini-Transat La Boulangère aboard her 6.50m Pogo3 sailboat, called Tyrion, partnered by Action Enfance. She was well-prepared for this Mini, notably thanks to her experience with Loïck Peyron, who she accompanied on the Figaro 3 for the Sardinha Cup. After a number of adventures, including a broken part at the start of the 2nd stage, Amélie came 8th, catching up a spectacular 50 places!
Bessé is proud to support Amélie in her sporting adventures.

FABIO GENNARI
Good things come in threes...
...so Bessé decided to support a 3rd athlete in his adventures.
Fabio Gennari, an enthusiastic amateur sailor since childhood, learned to sail in his hometown Marseille. He took part in his first regattas in the Mediterranean, on a Farr 40 in the IRC circuit, which enables amateurs and professionals to participate in the same regattas throughout the world. His participation in a number of student races in Brittany during his business school years in Paris sowed the seeds of a growing interest in ocean racing. In 2018, while working as an administrative judge, he trained for a year on the Class 40 circuit in La Trinité-sur-Mer, before going back to Marseille to train for the 2022 Route du Rhum.
After several years of Mediterranean regattas with a crew, Fabio has now set his sights on a solo Atlantic race! He is preparing for this challenge with the ocean racing section of SNM (Marseille nautical society).
His preparation for the legendary Route du Rhum race in 2022 includes learning about the weather, navigating alone, sleeping little and repairing his boat by himself.
We are supporting him throughout this adventure, from training in Marseille to the final hurdle: the finish line of the race in Pointe-à-Pitre!
